All products purchased on www.thegiftingkingdom.com can be returned/replaced within the 7 days of the delivery date except the following products:

Used items

Items personalised as per your specific requirements.

Corporate Orders/Bulk Orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that the product is unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. You are also required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Further, if the item is broken or damaged, we will request you to provide us with a photo or video proof for the same and if there is any discrepancy on Our part, we will be happy to accept your return.

To start the return process, you can contact us at support@thegiftingkingdom.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders placed beyond 3 days are not eligible for refunds, but can be either replaced or fixed.

Refund method

After receiving the product from you, we will inspect it.

We will communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.

After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment

If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total price of the product will be returned to the same mode of payment.

We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment (except COD).

If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations you can contact the support team by various method mentioned under contact us link. Please quote Order ID in all communications. It is advised that query is sent from the registered email id.

Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order.

Your order will be cancelled instantly and refund will be processed within 7 working days in your original payment method.

Following deductions will be made under Refund Process

Cancellation charges: 0.5% of order value Minimum of Rs 10/- , maximum upto Rs 50/-

Online Transaction Charges: 1.75% of total payment made.

In case of cancellation, after shipment of order, courier charges will be borne by the customer only.

Note: GST paid during purchase will not be refunded.
